Service Ticket Program

Softrol is now capable of creating a ticket system for queuing impacted systems across the world. Each ticket generated by our dedicated technical support staff will contain all the relevant information for your case. These tickets will create a history of support for your Softrol products.

With the addition of our CRM platform, Softrol will now be able to service their customers in a more effective manner. The tickets that are created will accurately depict the products, issues, and severity of the impact on the system. This will help direct support efficiently to the correct support technician. All resolutions will be documented thoroughly at ticket closure.

With a ticket history, the Softrol support team can view the support tickets and assess trends in order to better keep clients’ plants up and running.
